BMZ: About first days of the band at the beginning. You met and started just like that, or any of you had some experiences in other bands?
Judas: In principle all of us worked in local bands and most of us knew each other earlier already. The plans to create total heavy metal band existed from quite long ago, and at last at the fall of 2002 something moved us and we united under the banner Krusher, he,...
BMZ: The demo published fall of last year includes two your tracks, as well as one cover. What's the response for this stuff?
Judas: The reactions for Krusher's "Born To Krush" are very positive - the stuff is being liked, and it makes us happy. Till now all the zines, magazines, music services and radios, reached by our demo, tell about it very well, and give us the best notes. Especially before TSA gig we were being promoted in a few local radio stations, where almost on every hour you could listen to our stuff and to learn something about Krusher. We're looking for new contacts, connections slowly, we're still sending demo "Born To Krush" wherever it's possible, and we're waiting for the response.
BMZ: Why did you choose the track "Born To Be Wild" for a cover? Wouldn't it be better to put up an own 3rd song?
Judas: Maybe better, but "Born To Be Wild" is a cult, motorcycle track, besides originally it isn't stricte heavy metal song and because of it exactly we wanted to record it. This is our tribute for the motorcycle brothers.
BMZ: As a young band you were able to play before cult TSA. 1500 people in the public. A big experience?
Judas: Heh - unbelievable! Besides a possibility of meeting face to face with a legend, full professionalism, in the organization ant technical matters - you cannot forget it - we wished more such concerts, he, he...
BMZ: You've got in plans the publishing of the next demo. Next 3 tracks, or maybe you think about some professional own release?
Judas: About concrete in the matter "when, how many and where" we know, that not this year for sure, he, he... In the plan at the beginning we meant March to be a month of Krusher's recording activities, but now we know, that we don't manage, and most possible (99%) the recordings will be made in Summer. On the next CD you will find about 5-6 tracks, between them a cover, which we want o re-arrange in the interesting and crazy way, as "Born To Be Wild". What will come, time will tell... About releasing an album on our own, we won't make it yet. I think, the time will come for such a thing, and maybe some label will appear, which will be interested in Krusher (dreams of a hangman, ha, ha), so, we'll see. Now we concentrate on the songwriting of new tracks and playing as many as possible concerts. We have much to do, because we're existing somewhat less than 1,5 years.
BMZ: The new stuff is in the same style? A bit motorcycle - rock'n'roll - heavy metal?
Judas: Ha, exactly! Pure fuckin' heavy! In fact most of the songs fit with climate and contents into early 80s. It will be fast and hard heavy metal in our style for sure.
BMZ: OK. Thanks! Few own words to the metalmaniacs...
Judas: Hail to all the metalmaniacs in the world! Until you're there, heavy metal will never die!
